This course focuses on academic writing, i.e. the structure and cohesion of an academic paper, academic language and style, the writing conventions that govern academic communication, and finding and forming your argument in an academic text. The concepts of academic writing will be studied in classroom discussions and the learning will be demonstrated in an academic paper, to be submitted by the end of the course.
