This course prepares marketing students admitted straight to the English and Swedish master programs for writing the master thesis at the end of studies in year two. In the course, you practice how to write a research proposal; hence, it is thus not a course to be taken in the first year unless you plan to go abroad in the autumn semester of year two. Please, plan to ensure an optimal study path and choose obligatory and optional courses in marketing, methods, and other subjects. Another clarification is that students in the integrated bachelor/master program in Swedish can but do not need to take the course since they have acquired equivalent skills in the bachelor thesis course. So, it makes sense for you to enroll in other courses in marketing or relevant topics. Please read more in SISU.
The Moodle course key will be distributed to registered SISU students. Please ensure you have the correct email addresses in SISU, that you regularly check messages from SISU, and that these are not directed to the spam folder.
Before signing up for the course please make sure you attend course sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays at 2.15-3.45 pm since the course is intensive and much of the learning takes place during the in-class sessions. Also, attend the introductory session Monday March 18th at 2.15 pm in room A306 to ensure your course participation.
