Welcome to this course about Personnel Assessment. The course focuses on advanced personnel assessment issues, from both theoretical and applied perspectives. The course covers psychological testing and biases in assessment. We discuss the validity of different selection methods and ways to improve assessments. You can find a preliminary course syllabus here in Moodle without logging in. The password needed to log in will be given out during the first session and sent out by email afterwards to all registered participants. Please note that the sessions are class-based. Regular attendance is warmly encouraged.
