This course focuses on the various forms and modes of organisations and organising and how they shape contemporary workplaces, societies and ecologies.
Rather than focus on individual organization theories per se, the course addresses the diversity of perspectives that can help us understand the dynamics of organisations and organising, including many forms and processes beyond private corporations or public offices.
The course discusses this heterogeneity by addressing recent developments in organisational theory and practice, accompanied by illustrative examples.
