5158 Team Communication Skills is a 6-credit online course promoting the mutual importance of professional and personal development in teamwork. More particularly, the course offers theory-based insights and practical tools that can help you respond to human characteristics involved in communication and interpersonal relations. The aim of the course is to build on your competence and professional performance as well as to guide you in becoming a more resilient and responsible team player.

By the end of the course, you will (be able to):

  • appreciate the role of human characteristics in teamwork.
  • apply theory-based insights and practical tools to connect with other team members, to generate trusting team environments, and to foster meaningful team experiences.
  • recognize your individual impact on social interaction and professional relationships.
The target level of the course is CEFR C2.

The course can be taken as a summer course in August 2021 by students from both locations.
