The course is built around a real-life business strategy project. The main task is to conduct a business model strategy analysis to a local company or organization in groups of 2-3 students. The pedagogical approach is built on a learning-by-doing perspective, which emphasises both an action oriented and self-reflective approach to building new capabilities. Students will during the course practise their skills in doing consulting work using strategic analysis tools, creative problem solving, and project management.
