PRELIMINARY
This course offers students practical opportunities to apply their knowledge regarding enablers and inhibitors of entrepreneurial and innovative efforts in large firms.
The lessons learned from actual stories of disruptive innovation cases of various firms. To date, the firms this year are Abloy, Hiab, Posti, Genelec, Junttan, Kemira, Motonet .
The Learning Objectives is the knowledge identifying the originators of innovation; their common conception and its evolution; the circumstances in which they pursue their long-term venture; barriers. The Internal Venture Capital and the CTO knowledge are proposed as remedies to waste of time in innovation stories. A novelty is the Venture Clienting model, linking large firm innovations to Startups and Venture Capital The Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition knowledge is presented as a backdoor, way out for an entrepreneurial individual in the corporation.
Guest speakers are, professor Hans-George Gemuenden who is one of the originators of the promotor theory, Jonathan Bertfiled CEO of Lean Startup Co, Gregory Gimmy who is the originator of t h e Venture Clienting concept at BMW, Ronja Stoffregen who has twice built the Venture Client model.
